I tried the Zesty Italian Chicken Salad recipe with my family this week.

The Zesty Italian Chicken Salad recipe was delicious and perfect for a hot and steamy day. I grilled the chicken on our indoor grill but if you cook it outside, you wouldn’t even have to heat up the kitchen for this meal this summer. It includes chicken breasts, red onions, spinach leaves, cashews, asparagus, and of course Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing. I didn’t have asparagus, so I added a couple more veggies. It is a refreshing and satisfying lunch or dinner – would be a good side dish for summer potlucks and cookouts too.
