We visited the Naturealm today with some friends of ours (between ‘Merriman Valley ‘ and Fairlawn on Smith Road). Although we’ve never participated, our friends Dave and Laura were completing the Fall Hiking Spree and were awarded their shields when we finished up.
The walk though, in the snow, and a little bit of mud, left us with a couple of tense muscles after some of the steep trails up and down stream valleys that loop around to the left of the park. We did well with the walk, but the worries for ice and such can leave you a little tense!!
Panasonic sent me a new Reach Easy Rolling Massager to try out this Snovember and write about, and I was glad to find it at home ready to be plugged in!
I received product to facilitate this post.
Now, we have had a hand held massager in the house for years. But I was very impressed with this inexpensive Reach Easy Rolling Massager from Panasonic because of a few features that seem to address issues I have had with what we already have.
- The head of the massager rests at the end of a flexible rod, removing vibration from your hand that’s directing it
- The Reach Easy is light weight, and easy to reach over your back (or to pack in your luggage!)
- The Reach Easy has three separate contact points for your bod:
- rollers to move over your back
- a wide surface for arms and legs
- a point massager for points on your feet, hands, or my neck!
You can purchase the Handheld Rolling Massager EV-2510K directly from the Panasonic website, or from other retailers online and brick and mortar, including through a Amazon link below. It makes a great, personal and affordable gift for Christmas this year too.
With the Reach Easy Massager, you can target hard-to-reach areas with this special elbow-angled design that lets you access your lower, middle and upper back more easily. I’m a fan, and this massager is a new favorite in our house!
