- Cook bacon and drain fat.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil on both sides then heat in oven until warmed, but still soft.
- Cut flatbread in 1/2
- SpreadTzatziki sauce, arugula, tomato, and bacon to flatbread
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and cover with other 1/2 of flatbread.
