Why St Pierre Brioche Shines in Bread Pudding
With its soft, rich texture and hint of sweetness, St Pierre Brioche is the ideal base for bread pudding. Tear it into pieces, soak it in a creamy custard, and bake until it’s golden on top and irresistibly moist inside. The brioche’s buttery nature adds a luxurious touch, and the addition of mix-ins like chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts takes this dessert to a whole new level.
