Starting today, you can find Szechuan Sauce back at McDonald’s – and they won’t be running out of this slightly sweet and so addicting sauce anytime soon as they made 20 million sauce packets this time around!
When McDonald’s introduced Chicken Tenders to their menu they also added an assortment of delicious sauces. Everyone loved the Szechuan Sauce so much so that McDonald’s ran out last October! They didn’t make enough and will not be making that mistake again.
People are so excited about the sauce coming back – in fact, some people were very upset when their local McDonald’s ran out…
Fans of Szechuan Sauce in the Cleveland and Akron, Ohio market can enjoy their sweet sauce again with qualifying purchases …for a limited time.
My brother is in the hospital so I surprised him today with chicken tenders with his favorite Szechuan Sauce and McCafe coffee. It’s just what the doctor ordered…well, at least what his sister thought would make his day brighter and it certainly did!
Will Galloway is one of the youngest McDonald’s owner/operator, at just 35 he owns 3 local Akron stores (Steels Corners Road in Stow, at state Route 43 and Water Street in Kent and on state Route 59 or Kent Road in Stow) Will said, “We have hundreds of packets per restaurant to satisfy that sauce craving, so we encourage customers to get ‘em while we’ve got ‘em, whether they come into the restaurant, use Mobile Order & Pay, or order through McDelivery on UberEats where it’s available.”
